I am passionate about Leadership, Innovation, Creativity, Knowledge Management, Social Media and Technology in Individual and Organizational lives. I am particularly interested in helping the Water Industry transform.

I am the father of 2 amazing boys, practice Yoga to maintain perspective in this crazy life, attempting to write a story that continues to elude me, and love to explore the world that surrounds us all. 

AE Leader was created a number of years ago as a strategic consulting, executive coaching and leadership development firm to facilitate the sustainability of Individual and Organizational Success. My Vision is that facilitating sustainable success for clients will result in a transformation and expansion of consciousness at the Individual and Organizational levels necessary to create a sustainable society. 

My days now are spent leading the corporate services team (HR, IT, and Marketing) at Westin Engineering, a premier consulting and engineering firm for Utilities in the water industry. 

I am a regular blogger on the OurWaterCounts website and transforming Verde Water - which was my water rights consulting website back in the day. I've since re-purposed it for a personal project related to innovation in the water sector.
